Good location Very close to the Archeological Park
price Very high for 2 nights $320 for days Hotel needs a lot of work.
Everything was perfect the concierge was great she upgraded my room to a suite and gave me extra bed for my nephew, so nice of her I definitely recommended
The staff at this hotel are exceptional, very friendly, polite and always willing to help. They made our experience very enjoyable. Location wise- you can either take a taxi to the beach nearby or even walk (about 20-30mins) walk. The hotel can arrange a taxi for you. The pool is nice and food at the hotel is also very nice.
Very friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go out of their way to help. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very spacious. Nice breakfast spread in the morning, with staff cooking up any special requests. Room service always prompt.

The breakfast is average, most importantly, they are universal meals. The suite was average and did not meet my expectation.
I was delighted with the upgrade to a junior suite . The staff at the reception and restaurant area were exceptionally helpful and efficient .
the amazing treatment of everyone there, from Abo Ali, Naim, Alaa, Nadir, Fatima, Rim, Tarek, everyone was amazing and it was a family friendly environment, and very helpful and generous, whenever we ask for anything they make sure that it is available even if they have to go out and get it for you the food was amazing you feel like it is a home cooked food
Conveniently placed, only a 15' walk from the beach front and a short car ride from the town centre. Friendly welcome and very good-sized room with super-sized bed and comfortable furnishings. VERY generous breakfast with a very attentive waiter who offered eggs and excellent fresh coffee in place of the Nescaf rubbish. And freshly squeezed orange juice. Great experience all round.
The swimmingpool was very nice. The beds were OK. The room (twin) big enough. The room was clean. We got complementary tea and water. The manager brought us by car to the boulevard.
